What is this with Sushi/Asian restaurants taking over traditional restaurants at some Hyatt hotels- specifically this one and eventually at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe where an absolutely stunning restaurant has been demolished an will be replaced with an Asian restaurant. A whole lot of people don't like Sushi or Asian food.
Not sure if the HR Aruba Resort is relevant to the sushi/asian restaurant conversions since they don't have a) any sushi/asian nor b) are converting any restaurants but c) perhaps some (Hyatt) hotels have paying clientele who are requesting sushi/asian and d) they think they can make more money by having these restaurants.
Or maybe they're just tired of the same old same old.
