Response from INIU's regular customer support email:
Dear Customer,

At INIU, consumer safety and product integrity are always our highest priorities.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), we have determined that a limited number of INIU 10,000mAh Portable Power Banks (Model BI-B41) from specific production batches may pose a potential safety risk. Out of an abundance of caution, we are voluntarily initiating a recall to ensure continued confidence in our products. The official recall announcement will be published on both the CPSC website and the INIU website.

We understand that some customers have received a notification earlier than our originally planned announcement date. To provide you with accurate information as quickly as possible, we have expedited the launch of our recall announcement.

Please visit our recall announcement page (https://iniushop.com/pages/recall-b41 ) and follow the instructions to verify whether your product is included in the affected batches.

You should submit a recall application if all of the following apply:

1. Your product is an INIU BI-B41 power bank in black or blue, and
2. Your order purchase date is between August 1, 2021 and April 30, 2022, or
3. The serial number (SN) on the back of your BI-B41 is 000G21, 000H21, 000I21, or 000L21.

Once your application is submitted, our team will review it and follow up with the next steps as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this situation may have caused and greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you for your trust in INIU.

Best regards,
Team INIU
