I recall St. Regis Macau was having a no elite breakfast trial. Maybe there was something going on relating to breakfast.

It's really odd. I mean Marriott Marquis, Le Royal Meridien, and Sheraton Grand are sub-brands but still follow the same rules. I hope this doesn't set a precedent.
