If you use Search this Thread with the keyword "MS" (include the quotation marks) you will see that there are reports of retention offers for this card. The retention offer is not an additional reward for past spending, it is the minimum that their algorithm estimates is needed to prevent cancellation. The best way to retrain the algorithm is to cancel.
