Even better if its within Hilton for hotels. Im just seeing many rooms that fit 3 but not 4.

The issue is going to be that many European countries have, and enforce, occupancy regulations limiting the number of people in a room. Add to the crackdown on illegal Air BnB and it gets more difficult. Have you called Hilton directly? They used to have a special offer of second room at half price for kids/family with a connecting door. This is often not advertised on the website.

There are 2 Doubletree Hotels in Paris and these might be ones that offer connecting rooms and family rooms.
