Welcome to Queenstown and the lovely Sofitel Queenstown. Perfect central location with easy walking access to local attractions, dining and shopping.

With a nice view of The Remarkables and Lake Wakatipu.



Unfortunately, my first 24 hours were low key as I was recovering from a bout of Qantas food poisoning. So I stayed in house at Jervois Steakhouse and just picked at my dinner.









Still feeling the effects of Qantas food poisoning in the morning, my first stop was the Queenstown Pharmacy.



And I improvised for breakfast.
