Conclusion
Thanks for following along! Our honeymoon ended up being all we hoped for and then some. We spent 625,000 miles and about $10,000 all-in which was well worth it given the level of luxury we had. Overall, Turkish business class disappointed me the most. The seat was fine, and the quality of food as good, but the service was a bit below what I would expect on a US carrier, and on top of that the lounge experience in Istanbul left a sour taste in my mouth. Singapore business class had similar lounge issues and a less comfortable seat but top notch service meant it was overall a great way to travel. Emirates First Class was all it is made out to be, although it was almost stressful worrying about maximizing the experience. The solution must just be to fly it more frequently
I only have one future trip planned and it is my annual football (soccer) trip which starts this week, so I will be back soon!
