I'm booking a rather close in trip for the holidays, and will be traveling on United's 737 Max 8 plans in business class from SFO to MEX.

On the redeye down to Mexico, seats 4A, 4B, 1A and 1B are 1E and 1F are available. I understand from reading people's thoughts on the matter that rows 2 and 3 are preferable.

A few questions:

1) Are all United's 737 Max 8 plans retrofitted with Boeing Sky Interiors? If not, is there a way for me to ascertain this?

2) Does row 4 have full recline?

3) How restricted is the legroom at the bulkhead? I'm 6'2" and like to stretch my legs. Will I have more room stretching under a seat in front of me?

4) Which seat would you choose?
