My AF posted on 11/14, and I have zero interest in booking travel from an OTA, so it is time to say goodbye. I called this morning to see if they would move me to the Connect card, but they said I don't qualify, despite being a US Bank customer for 25 years and having a credit score in the area of 840. Now, I need to burn off my remaining 13k points in the next week before I cancel. I tried to book a tour for an upcoming trip via points, but the purchase was declined. I received a message to contact the CC issuer, despite not even entering my CC info and paying 100% in points. Needless to say, this experience is not motivating me to change my mind.
