DL using different ratios between status, vouchers, and statement credits might be interpreted to mean that DL's evaluation of the worth of GM and FO has gone down (or will go down). The change in GM access to lounge on international itineraries is a big example.

The effective date will bite for those who get PM/DM due to MM level.
