Ugh - signs of more devaluations to come I fear. Not surprising though. I’m sure Amex had a hand in reducing the statement credits and DL is trying to ease the optics by increasing the other benefits (which is nice if you select them, especially gifting GM to others and significantly increasing the travel credits. Though I feel the mileage amounts could have been higher).

Will be good to see datapoints that verify Amex credits selected between today and 2/1 still qualify for the higher amounts. Need to select those soon myself. Was debating on waiting till after 1/1 to avoid any potential IT confusion since 2025 credits posted this year and wasn’t sure if the system would get confused with a 2026 credit posting in 2025. But probably overthinking that. But with DL IT I try and make things as simple as possible.
