There is no SkyPriority lane at either arrival/departure immigration at SGN, nor any policy in writing that gives STE+s traveling economy any access to priority immigration/security lanes as there is as HAN and DAD. Others have reported being let in priority lanes at SGN departing on VN economy; for me, I asked a couple times and waived away. Now, I'm not familiar with the crowd level at that hour of the morning but glancing at the schedule, it seems pretty thick with VNA and VJ arrivals from Australia and India - both high volume markets. Anyway, arrivals fast track is reasonably priced, so I would just go for it unless it was an hour I knew to be fairly quiet. I landed at 8:55am from KL last week and breezed through immigration in less than 25mins. Timing really is everything at SGN.
