Two Canada updates

* Ottawa / Sheraton / CLOSED but key accessible, lounge is open for evening appetizers weekdays but not for breakfast. Elites get voucher for breakfast buffet in restaurant daily, and for appetizers on weekend nights. 11/25 update
* Victoria / Westin Bear Mountain Golf Resort & Spa / No Lounge PAG option is $18 credit for breakfast or "Bear Bonvoy Breakfast" (fruit and pastries); 10/25 update
