Just got off the phone with Air Canada customer service (website was not working, so had to call) who are telling me that I cannot apply an eUpgrade request to my upcoming flight because I already processed a paid instant upgrade from Y to PE. Does this make sense? If I want to pay part of my upgrade to get into PE and then use eUps to try the get the rest of the way into R, shouldn't this be allowed without issue?


(yes, I know the best way to fly J is to book J, but in the case, we didn't have that option because we were using a worldwide compaion pass, which forced us to choose Y)
