They said there is a way to get a referral bonus and that one of their staff had written about it in Aug. The bonus comes from Alaska Airlines and not from B of A. As far as I can tell, that’s for the older Ascend card, not the Summit card.
My recollection of discussions here from when the Summit card launched is that there was no referral offer for the Summit card. I don't know if that has changed, but as a Summit cardholder I have certainly not received any information on how to refer anyone.
