It’s really just to make it look more legit. I mean it is a legit contract, they will stamp it with their ‘registered company’s’ stamp etc…

The loophole is when they break the contract and not give you whatever status you were promised and you take them to court. Cases involving virtual commodities in China will require the service provider(CX in this case) to get involved in an attorney process.

And guess what CX will say when you approach them and go ‘hey, I need help because I was BUYING this membership and…’
