The old Mastercard pamphlet from SYW card days says to either call 1-800-mastercard or https://www.mycardbenefits.com/ and file a claim within 60 days of whatever event that happened. Let us know how it went for your price protection. If this card still have these benefits, then I might just put my appliances purchases on it to get the extended warranty benefits. I'm moving soon and that's going to be a lot of spending so I'm praying that I get some more spending offers soon before I have to drop thousands on new stuff at my new place.
