First occasion - some attempt at plating, sauce at my discretion which I always appreciate though it doesn't matter much to me personally, but the beans and croutons had been steamed soggy.
Second occasion - pretty much tossed into the dish, pre-sauced, but the beans and croutons were crisp and highly edible
Note the different napkins, and also the shaved cheese vs. grated cheese on the two salads. Same airport, same route, same time, same day of week - go figure.
In both cases, I longed for the red pepper/paprika to add some bite, but otherwise the fish was decent and I'll keep ordering it for now.
Just had this a few days ago. Not bad at all. Would definitely order again. Mine was shaved cheese on the salad with sauce already applied onto the salmon. Didn't realize those were supposed to be croutons until now. Mine were somewhere between crisp and soggy, and I thought of them as like mini-sourdough bread bites. Actually didn't mind them either.
On the other hand, I do not care for the UA polenta pucks, the appearance even less so. Also wish they would do away with those packaged pudding desserts.
