Need Advice whether to transfer 200,000 Diners Club points to BA or AS or?
I want to treat/surprise my sister with business class seats from San Diego to pretty much anywhere in Europe (end destination is Porto and then Madrid to walk the Camino) but happy to reposition as needed.
I have not had much luck with Atmos so not sure if I should transfer my 200,000 Diners Club points to BA (I would have about 260,000 total) or to Atmos (I would have 310,000 total points).
I would appreciate any guidance - I have spent many hours trying to figure the best way do this. I am OK with part payment if I can get it for $1000 - $1500 or so each. Happy to use all of my points if necessary. Travel dates are mid-April to early May ideally out of San Diego but open to ideas.
