There's a buggy shuttle which takes you in the main hall but that one departs only every 20mins at 15/35/50 I believe. Not really necessary, I walked last week from the SEN lounge to C gates in under 10mins (brisk walk).
Fortunately, I’m able to walk. Trying to understand how much time to allow myself to get from the lounge to the United gate ahead of boarding, mindful that I’ll have to exit Schengen at some point.
