UA newbie as testing other carriers across the Atlantic owing to BA programme meltdown.

In Economy and Premium Plus will there *always* be a vegetarian meal to choose from or is that not guaranteed and best to special order the strict vegan. Vegetarian meal would be preferred to special meal vegan. I appreciate one’s preferred meal may run out but wanted to know if a vegetarian option was always offered at start of service. Thank you.
