Not sure if a platinum effect but had the best purser, not just on KLM, to BKK today. I was in the last row of J yet he came and chatted with me first, he apologised for my previous day cancellation of my original KUL flight and asked how KLM handled it (rather well in fact so far, but lets seen what KLM do about EU261). One of a few chats with him, and he interacted more proactively than I've seen any KLM staff before. Really good flight with KLM today.
