The two room types are identical in size, with the main differences being the addition of a coffee machine and access to Executive Lounge in Privilege Room.
Since there are only two suites in total, upgrades to suite is very limited and not easy to get.
Only two suites wow! Good luck getting the upgrade given the high occupancy rates right now. We got upgraded to a room with a coffee machine and got given complimentary late checkout of 1pm, I tried to nudge them for later but the room was already booked that day so they only had 2 hours to technically turn it around. Was given access to the privilege room upon checkout which was a nice touch as it allowed us to relax before leaving for the airport.
