Okay, so looked into this more. The credit for the $170 dinner was $132.52. However I also received a credit for $17.48 two weeks prior from an ice cream shop down the street from me. My dining credit meter says it has been fully redeemed at 150/150. Needless to say, the ice cream shop is not a Chase Exclusive Table. Unsure why this happened. I guess I don't care? Maybe I can just get ice cream there in the future next summer in lieu of expensive restaurants? I don't know...
Was the pre-tax and tip amount $135.52? Otherwise, how did you arrive at the conclusion that tax and tips were not covered?
