We also traveled on Air Wisconsin on Presidents Day from IAD-MCI and were delayed 2 hours. We witnessed agents literally screaming at passengers about 6 pm at gate D4X. One agent actually threatened to remove a passenger from a flight when they asked a question about a delay. People were standing around looking shocked at their behavior.
Our high school age agent didn't know what a paper ticket was and returned it to us when we boarded. I asked her if she didn't need it and she said no. I told her I thought she should take it anyway. She did and laid it on the counter. Neither of the other two agents at the gate knew what it was either. You would have thought that would have been covered in training.
