It's been a couple of years since I last had to wait at the cell phone lot at JFK. I usually head down the Van Wyck and follow the signs. I did the same thing on Friday except... since my last visit, the lot has moved. It's currently adjacent to the AirTrain station at Lefferts Blvd. If I had know that I would have exited on the Belt. Keep that in mind if you're JFK bound and have to pick someone up.
