The turkey dry brining. The rub consisted of Diamond Kosher Salt and La Boîte Isphahan spice blend (limon omani, green cardamom, sliced garlic, coriander, basil and spices).

Left to right, pecan pie, cinnamon and chocolate whipped creams (I know, I know, I'm a purist), pumpkin pie, cranberry curd tart (lots more on this one in the "Vent" thread), fruit salad.

P.S. Oops, I forgot the mashed potatoes. I didn't take a picture, but they were yummy.
Talk to me about those sweet potatoes.
