Does anyone have a Choice hotel recommendation for a tourist visiting Osaka? Would the Comfort Hotel Osaka Shinsaibashi be a decent choice?

As a Hyatt Globalist, I am also considering their only current property in Osaka, the new budget brand "Caption." Not being very familiar with Osaka (I know the airport, but not the city), the Caption's location might be better than the Comfort hotel. True? But the Caption is materially more expensive on points as a Cat. 2 (and my day is "peak" on the Hyatt calendar so even more expense), so I'm not sure it's worth the extra money for the Caption. Thoughts?
