Yesterday's Thanksgiving dinner.

Missing are the appetizers, shrimp cocktail and deviled eggs.

There were homemade cranberry sauce and relish.

The turkey dry brining. The rub consisted of Diamond Kosher Salt and La Boîte Isphahan spice blend (limon omani, green cardamom, sliced garlic, coriander, basil and spices).
