When I landed at SGN on November 6th around 8:00 pm entry immigration took well over half an hour, but for ASEAN passport holders (of which I am) processing is very quick once you get to the counter. Exit immigration on November 10th around noon was somewhat faster, but still took at least 15-20 minutes.
