I ended up calling twice. First agent said that bonus points are only provided for flights after you make your selection. HUCA. Second agent said the same, I said that's not the way it's worked in the past, and she escalated to a supervisor, who apparently said the same thing. Pretty sure it's now on my file so now I'm at a loss of how to get the points.
Well that would suck as all the DP's here have seemingly suggested retroactive credit to the start of the year.
Perhaps some of our more learned members can chime in and advise?
