I was 50K from Jan 1 and selected benefits, including the 50% bonus, on Nov 4.
The retroactive points never showed up. Seeing the replies above, I called in.
I ended up calling twice. First agent said that bonus points are only provided for flights after you make your selection. HUCA. Second agent said the same, I said that's not the way it's worked in the past, and she escalated to a supervisor, who apparently said the same thing. Pretty sure it's now on my file so now I'm at a loss of how to get the points.
