Sorry to resuscitate such an old thread

I would like to know if, as having Star Alliance Gold status with Turkish Airlines (Elite Plus), I can use the Fast Bag service on domestic Q300 flights. I sense it is only reserved to NZ elite members but would like to check with you on whether you have experience getting it from other Star Alliance loyalty systems.
