Had a short 3 night stay here before heading home.

Was quite a pleasant stay!

Rooms - very small, Japanese hotel renovated rooms. They have tried to maximise space and have things in the room without it feeling too cluttered. Window sill was massively useful to put stuff. Bathroom was fine however they really need to think about having a towel rack above the toilet, a bit risky...

Lounge - Quite good especially for Japan standard when comparing to the swissotel in osaka and Pullman down the road in Tokyo. Mainly self service with a staff member around at certain times such as the evening drinks and snacks. Working desks and charging ports if needed.

Service - Absolutely stellar and very friendly, imho it's what puts the hotel above Pullman for me. Happy to help and very welcoming at all times of the day.

I will certainly be returning to this hotel when next in Japan, the size of the room is definitely on the smaller side but when in Tokyo, one only uses the room for sleeping and showering. Oh the location is also fantastic as it's right next to Shimbashi station and right next to the heart of Ginza.
