It is much cheaper, and it is the first seat toward the back when it switches to a 2-3-2 design. It looks like there would be extra room to stretch out your right leg since the row in front has 4 seats. I have sciatic nerve issues in my right leg, so it is nice to be able to stretch it out and not worry about people running into me.
While I’ve never flown this aircraft, I have a couple resources to share that can help inform your decision. From what I can tell, 56H suits your needs well. But it’s up to you, take a look:
1) aerolopa usually has accurate representations of where the seats are actually placed. This screenshot I took shows the extra space to the right of 56H.

2) The ITA airways website has virtual tours of all their aircraft. So you can step into the aircraft and take a look at the seats from your computer. This screenshot shows what the cabin actually looks like at seat 56H.
