While I’ve never flown this aircraft, I have a couple resources to share that can help inform your decision. From what I can tell, 56H suits your needs well. But it’s up to you, take a look:

1) aerolopa usually has accurate representations of where the seats are actually placed. This screenshot I took shows the extra space to the right of 56H.

2) The ITA airways website has virtual tours of all their aircraft. So you can step into the aircraft and take a look at the seats from your computer. This screenshot shows what the cabin actually looks like at seat 56H.
