Call in. I don't think their system is working properly. I am in the same situation, tried emailing, got an email saying I need to call in. I did so a few days ago and it apparently needs to be escalated (I'm still waiting, but the agent suggested it might take a couple of weeks).
Amazing how it seems that whenever they 'fix' or 'improve' something they manage to break something else that's worked fine for years - SMH!
