If it's one booking and both flights are on the same day and operated by LH, I think you should have access to FCL/FCT in FRA and FCL in MUC.
This way you can get a few ducks, sometimes the selection at FRA differs from MUC.
You should check out the Duck thread. Right now it seems FRA is the boring white one, where as the MUC ones are the unique “flower power” ones, though I’d think they should be switching to something more wintry soonish.
