I've been Gold for two years but I'm not sure I understand the "soft landing" thing. Does that mean that, even if I do not hit 100 XP's in the next qualifying period, I will downgrade to Silver? Otherwise, there is nothing such as a soft landing: you abruptly go back to Explorer, no?
