I booked a partner award online a week or two ago and paid with my Summit visa. On the payment page it showed the 2x partner award fee waived, same as my emailed receipt. A few days later saw on the BOA app separate charges for each tickets taxes and fees (which were correct), but also a separate $25 charge for the 2x partner award booking fee. Chatted with an agent who looked into it, said it was a mistake (and verified on my booking the fee had been removed at checkout), so processed a refund for $25. Got the email yesterday that the refund has been processed, but as of this morning it hasn't shown up on my BOA account.
