Which is surely the ultimate measure of how much the changes are adversely impacting BA. There's a lot of angst in frequent flyer groups but how much of that angst is translating into lost revenue for BA I'm not so sure.

BA will continue to refine, that refinement will happen quickly if they think revenue is being impacted. The world we had were people were making gold from one week away once a year was clearly unsustainable, for sure the changes could have been introduced in a much better way but changes were always coming!
