I would be a little careful what gets typed in by the agent as you check your bag in. We were at CPH transferring at Athens from SAS to Aegean. The check in agent was a bit confused about the Aegean flight code and destination, and actually mis-checked the bag, so it didn't make it out of Athens. So be ready to supply the correct virgin flight code and the airport codes.
