I imagine McKinsey’s project work with BA has come to a natural end but I’m sure they will have pitched going onto a retainer contract with BA, if they weren’t on one already.

There‘a also likely to be, in light of this news/rumour, other consultancies now knocking on BA’s door, pitching how they can clean up the mess made by McKinsey for a nice little fee…
