Well, I come from up north, and had an enjoyable stay here for the first time in several years. I enjoyed it a lot and would definitely be back.

1) club lounge service was great. Super friendly, always asking if I need anything and they helped me book the meeting room several times where I did tv interviews via Zoom. I'm supposed to get 1 hour a day but they let me split it into several times to accommodate the interviews. Club obviously isn't as nice as GH's but good enough. gH club might be the best CL In Hyatt system.

2) new head of f&b found out in a berry guy and sent berries to my room

3) breakfast was also great. They found out about the diet I am on and made sweet potatos and pumpkins for me special every morning...and also prepared berries. Last time I was here breakfast was only allowed in the club so I liked this change.

4) I had never actually taken the mtr through the attached mall. It's so convenient to get to central. I was going back and forth all day easily and cheap. In many ways easier than from gJ to central because MTR I found fsr more convenient.

5) I prefer tst to GH location for walking around and dining st night. Kowloon is one of my favorite places in the world to walk around at night. The energy is great.

6) didn't get a suite. Only 1/3 in stays here. I almost always get a suite elsewhere.

7/ by the first morning 8 associates would come up and say hello by name.

Overall, an excellent stay. I have a GH stay coming up soon but certainly wouldn't regret staying here againz esp if HR prices much lower than gh. Lately gh has been crazy high and I don't get suites there ever too.

I do almost always get suites at JW.

Anyway, I'll take HR over GH if pricing much lower. Noether hotel has good rooms. So for me it's about price and location. And frankly, HR goes out of their way for me more than GH which makes so much money from conventions that I don't find they go out of their way for me as an individual

I also find the CL in GH is nicer to peolek from certain countries than from those of us who live up north. Maybe it's my imagination but you can already see on threads on FT the thinly veiled bigotry towards mainlanders
