Available selections were the jack cheese omelet (which I chose via preorder), orange cranberry brioche French toast, Parmesan scrambled eggs and bacon, JUST egg with sauteed greens, and the good ol' Signature Fruit & Cheese Plate.
This omelet was really good, a meal I would happily pay $20 or so to get on the ground. The two pieces of chicken sausage were flavorful without being hot-spicy, the pepper was nicely roasted, and the risotto beats some meals I've had served in a restaurant. It came with sides of yogurt with fruit, which I liked, and sliced circles of mango and grapefruit (which are fine but not my favorite, and not a knock on the dish just my preferences). No coffee cake on this trip; it appears the Biscoff was the "substitute" which worked for me because I doubt I could have finished a cake and I can take the Biscoff with me for later.
There's now a new (to me, at least) cranberry & lime seltzer that goes nicely with this. It seems to have replaced the blackberry (blueberry?) seltzer, which I also liked but like the cranberry & lime one better. All in all, a really good dish served well, especially for 35,000 feet.
