Shouid be as they normally book into a “choice” fare bucket which has the 1x23kg and seat selection inclusions.

Not sure whether UA1K will allow you to select rows 5 through 13 though (VA Gold can) or EconomyX in rows 3, 4 and exit rows (VA Plat can) - have no experience with an allied elite.
