While not oceanfront, it is one block away from the beach, albeit one that is rather small and hemmed in by two marinas. From a closer look at the satellite imagery and street view, I would absolutely pass on this property and location. Densely packed hotel and apartment towers aren't my vibe when going to a resort town/region, and no amount of benefits or points earned can make up for that. It's hard to know how trashy the surrounding area is in comparison to the HR and HC Malta unless one has actually been there, so I'll reserve judgment on that.
