BA say they don't run the screens.
Heathrow say BA run the data on the screens.
If you're in the lounge, BA do run the screens. If you're not, Heathrow run them but using data fed to them by BA. It's never been remotely clear to me why BA run their own screens in the LHR lounges given that they're uglier and harder to read than the HAL ones but for some reason, they do!
