Unhappy LHR T5B Historical Data (FIDS)

I'm embarking on a noble quest, one that requires the aid of savvy internet sleuths and anyone with a better handle on flight data than a certain airline and airport combo. I'm trying to track down the historical data for flight BA322 on November 13, 2025. Specificly the gate sequence form Gate open to Closed with time stamps.

Why, you ask? Well, gather and let me tell you the tale of how I nearly became a permanent fixture in the T5B lounge, thanks to what I can only describe as... well not sure how to describe it because nobody is admitting anything was wrong....

On the fateful day, I was relaxing in the T5B lounge with the family after making my way over from the overcrowded T5 south lounge 55 minutes prior to scheduled departure, meticulously "keeping an eye on the boards" as instructed after quizzing the front of desk why it was still gate open with 30 minutes to go. My flight, BA322, was just sitting there, smugly displaying "Gate Open" while lesser flights were progressing through the standard life cycle: Gate Open > Boarding > Final Call > Gate Closed>removed from screen. You know, like we have seen many a time.

Then, poof! Like a bad magician's act, BA322 simply vanished from the screen. My Spidey-sense (or perhaps just my panic) kicked in. I launched myself from my seat and sprinted back to the front desk. After a quick check, they confirmed the worst: "Flight closing -8 passengers us being 3 of them." 😬

I was told to run down to Gate B46. Now, for the record, I covered the distance—down the stairs, through WH Smith (possibly knocking over a few copies of Hello!), and arrived in a sub-90-second dash—only to see the gate handler gracefully lowering the phone and uttering those five little words of heartbreak: "Sorry sir, gates closed."

However, when I pointed out that the T5B lounge screens had been constantly on "Gate Open," a look of genuine oh no / panic flashed across her face. They tried to call the bridge, but alas, it was too late. I was then apologised to and sent back to Customer Service in the lounge, where they could sort out things (well, they couldn't, so I had to get a manager over at the main T5 desk who saw some sense). Two agonising hours later, the family's travel plans were shifted and a hotel issued over at T4 (Holiday Inn Express, for the record don't listen to BA staff telling you to use the free train to get here unless you have 40minutes spare), and we eventually arrived a mere 10 hours later the next day shattered.

Now, I see from a quick Google that I'm not the first to suffer this "Gate Open" curse in T5B. But being continually fobbed off by BA (hello, sorry we can't help any further, it was your problem, but you're a BA gold and a loyal customer here, are some Avios, if you don't like it go talk to CEDR!) is starting to make my eye twitch.

So, if anyone has any magical links, data pointers, or just knows a guy who knows a guy who tracks BA322's every move, I would be eternally grateful. I need to know when that gate went through the boarding sequence, if only for my own sanity and to fuel my eventual highly dramatic correspondence. 🙏

Thanks in advance for any help!
