Soon, it won't matter, as CX will move back to T2. This might mean the CX lounge will reopen then? It will be the last one to reopen from COVID-19 closure (not counting the ones closed for good).

No - CDG operates as an exception to the usual QR lounge rule and QR does permit its elites and OW equivalent in Y to access the lounge but only if travelling on QR.
F/J pax on any OW airline operating out of T1 can also access.
