It's silly to believe rumors, but someone mentioned speaking to a Saks rep in store, and was told that they would be discontinuing their partnership in the future.
Who knows if this will actually come to fruition, but if Amex lost Saks, I'd still pay the annual fee and not cry too much.
That's no loss at all for me. That Saks credit is just a pain.
Likewise, if the Business version ditched the Dell credit, totally fine.
These two merchants are almost a disincentive because I feel the need to maximize, and neither sells anything I want at anywhere near a reasonable price.
